Our in-house membership covers the preventive care you need twice a year, plus savings on treatment, for one simple yearly price. It is not insurance: there is no insurance company in the middle, so there is nothing to claim and nothing to deny.

How the 15% savings works
Members save 15% on fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, dentures and other treatment at our offices, with no yearly limit on how much you can save. The savings do not combine with our advertised flat prices and specials, such as the single-tooth implant, All-on-4, over-dentures and new patient exam prices, and do not apply to braces, Invisalign or clear aligners, which already include a free consultation and payment options.

Schedule your cleaning and exam right away. There is no waiting period.
Membership terms
- Membership lasts 12 months from the day you join. Each year you can renew at the current price.
- The yearly fee is paid in full when you join. To pay over time, you can apply for Cherry or CareCredit financing; financing is an agreement between you and the lender.
- Cancel within 30 days for a full refund if you have not used any services. After 30 days, or once any service has been used, the membership fee is not refundable.
- Included cleanings and exams are scheduled about 6 months apart, and included visits do not carry over to the next membership year.
- The Smile Club is for patients without dental insurance. Patients with PPO insurance, Medicaid, CHIP or Medicare Advantage dental benefits should use those benefits.
- The Sonría Smile Club is not dental insurance.
Have dental insurance?
All four offices are in network with Delta Dental, Cigna, MetLife, TeamCare, UnitedHealthcare and Humana PPO plans and accept Humana Medicare Advantage. Our Arlington, Grand Prairie and Commerce offices also accept Medicaid and CHIP. Our front desk can check your benefits before your visit.

Is the Smile Club dental insurance?+
No. It is an in-house membership between you and Sonría Dentista. There is no insurance company, so there are no claims, deductibles, waiting periods or annual maximums.
Who can join?+
Anyone without dental insurance. If you have PPO insurance, Medicaid, CHIP or Medicare Advantage dental benefits, our team will help you use those benefits instead.
Can I use my membership at any office?+
Yes. Your membership works at all four Sonría Dentista offices: Arlington, Grand Prairie, Commerce and Paris.
When can I start using it?+
Right away. You can book your cleaning and exam the day you join.
What if I need more than a cleaning?+
Members save 15% on most other treatment at our offices. Ask about CareCredit and Cherry financing for larger treatment.
Can I pay monthly?+
The membership is paid yearly. If you prefer to pay over time, you can apply for Cherry or CareCredit financing at the front desk, subject to approval.
Can I cancel?+
You can cancel within 30 days for a full refund if you have not used any services. After 30 days, or once you have used a service, the yearly fee is not refundable.
